Gold-plated lettering

The letters are 3D-printed in resin from vector artwork and sanded in stages. At the workshop they receive a copper layer by electroforming, then a nickel coat and finally 24-karat gold plating, mirror-polished. The result is a light letter with the look of solid gold, and the plating holds its shine and colour far longer than painted or sprayed surfaces.
